The name of my book is Healthy Living: The Secrets to Natural Health and Wellness. I co-authored this book, so I have written a chapter on building muscle naturally and how that can improve our bodies, brains, and life!

Building muscle means healthier joints, when done correctly. If you were to build muscle more in one area and forget to work on a different area, this would cause a muscle imbalance, which can lead to more harm than good over the years. I will talk about how you can help prevent that from happening by being sure to include your eight major muscle groups in your workout program. As well I will talk about MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques), and how this tool assists me in figuring out where these imbalances are, how best to spot them, and the correct protocol for reducing that imbalance.

This happens because something happened in their past and unconsciously they’ve held on to this negative emotion which does not allow them to move forward in life. She helps you detect this and teaches the steps to move forward.
