In all of my years of training, most of my clients have struggled with their nutrition. I encourage my clients to fuel their bodies with healthy nutrient dense foods. I create customized meal plans that contain food that you enjoy, making sure you are getting enough macronutrients from proteins, carbs, fats. And contain enough micronutrients from vitamins and minerals.
